The Sanctuary

Pause, reset and reconnect.

Step away from the energy of the festival into a calmer space designed for stillness, sound, movement and recovery.

The Sanctuary is a dedicated space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you need ten minutes of stillness between talks or you’re ready to go deeper with a guided session, The Sanctuary meets you where you are.

Drop in for quiet reflection, sink into mindful soundscapes from Myndstream, or join a class, from gentle movement to immersive gong baths. Every element is designed to calm your nervous system, clear mental clutter, and bring you back to centre.

Stay for a moment, or stay for longer.

Rest & Restore

Rest & Restore is all about hitting ‘pause’. A powerful recharge happens. One that’s both restorative, and rejuvenating. The intention here is to slow down, do less and be present with the sensations of the body and breath. With gentle movement, long held supportive yoga poses, calming breathing techniques and guided meditative relaxation this is perfect for anyone who finds it hard to slow down and switch off.

The Science of Joy: Connection, Brainwaves & Psychological Freedom

The Science of Joy: Connection, Brainwaves & Psychological Freedom is an uplifting session exploring what helps human beings feel more connected, present and alive.

Led by Chris Wimshurst and James O’Keefe, this practical and reflective workshop looks at how our thoughts, emotions, brainwave states, relationships, breath and body all influence how we feel and show up in daily life.

Rather than being a breathwork or movement class, this session explores the conditions that support joy, connection and psychological freedom. Through discussion, reflection and simple embodied techniques, participants will learn how to better understand their internal state, shift out of stress and overwhelm, and reconnect with themselves and others.
