1. About the Organiser

1.1 The Longevity Show Pitch Competition (the “Competition”) is organised by Longevity Show Limited (“Longevity Show”, “Organiser”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 16865033), with its registered office at 2 Arundel Street, Temple, London, WC2R 3DA.
1.2 Any references in these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) to “you” or “your” are to the individual submitting the application and the business they represent (together, the “Participant”).

2. Acceptance of These Terms

2.1 By submitting an application via the official Competition application form, you confirm that you:

  • have read and understood these Terms; and
  • agree to be bound by them.

2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not submit an application.

3. Purpose of the Competition

3.1 The Competition is designed to identify, support and showcase innovative early‑stage companies operating in or adjacent to the longevity and healthspan ecosystem.
3.2 The Competition forms part of the Scaling Health and Longevity Conference at The Longevity Show, taking place in London on 26–27 June 2026 (the “Event”).
3.3 There is no cash prize or equity investment associated with the Competition.
3.4 Subject to these Terms and to being selected at the relevant stage,

  • Participants may receive some or all of the following non‑monetary benefits:
  • Public recognition in connection with the Competition
  • The opportunity to pitch live on stage at the Event
  • The opportunity to attend the Event and the Longevity Show Gala Dinner
  • Exposure to investors, partners and industry leaders
  • Media and promotional coverage associated with the Competition and the Event (including via Longevity Show and its media partners)

3.5 Nothing in these Terms obliges the Organiser to provide any particular level or form of exposure, promotion or business support to any Participant.

4. Eligibility

4.1 To be eligible to participate in the Competition, applicants must, at the date of application:

  • be a legally registered business in good standing in their jurisdiction;
  • have been founded in or after 2021;
  • operate within or adjacent to the longevity and/or healthspan ecosystem;
  • be represented by a Founder or CEO (or equivalent senior executive with authority) for all Competition‑related activities; and
  • be able to attend the Event in person in London if selected as a finalist.
  • be over the age of 18 and legally capable of entering binding agreements

4.2 The Organiser may request reasonable evidence of eligibility, incorporation, authority or identity and may disqualify any Participant who does not provide this when requested.
4.3 The Organiser’s decision on eligibility is final and can be changed at any given time, no correspondence will be entered
4.4 Ineligible persons: organisers, employees, close family, companies owned/controlled by judges, or anyone with a conflict of interest

5. Application Process

5.1 Applications must:

  • be submitted via the official online application form specified by the Organiser;
  • be completed in English; and
  • include all mandatory information and materials requested.

5.2 The Organiser may, in its sole discretion, reject any application that is:

  • late, incomplete or illegible;
  • corrupted or inaccessible; or
  • submitted through any channel other than the official application form.

5.3 The Organiser is not responsible for technical issues, system failures or any other problems which may affect the submission, receipt or processing of an application.
5.4 Submission of an application does not guarantee selection at any stage of the Competition.

6. Selection & Judging

6.1 All eligible applications will be reviewed by a jury of judges appointed by the Organiser (the “Jury”). The composition of the Jury is determined solely by the Organiser and may change at any time.
6.2 Using criteria determined by the Organiser (which may include, without limitation, innovation, market potential, team strength, consumer relevance and potential longevity impact), the Jury will select:

  • a longlist and/or shortlist of applicants (including a Top 30);
  • a group of finalists (Top 5) invited to pitch live at the Event; and
    one overall winner.

6.3 The Organiser is under no obligation to disclose the selection criteria in detail or to provide individual feedback to any applicant.
6.4 All decisions of the Jury and the Organiser in relation to:

  • eligibility;
  • shortlisting and selection;
  • the choice of finalists and winner; and
  • any other aspect of the Competition

are final and binding. No correspondence or appeal process will be entered into.
6.5 The Organiser reserves the right to:

  • not award some or all of the finalist or winner positions;
  • increase or decrease the number of shortlisted companies or finalists; and/or
  • withhold or modify any element of the Competition if, in its reasonable opinion, the standard of applications does not justify proceeding as originally planned.

6.6 The Organiser may replace a selected Participant (including a shortlisted company, finalist or winner) if that Participant:

  • fails to respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe specified by the Organiser;
  • is unable or unwilling to participate in required Competition activities;
  • is later found to be ineligible; or
  • is in material breach of these Terms.

7. In‑Person Attendance
7.1 Finalists must ensure that their Founder, CEO or equivalent senior representative is available to attend in person:

  • the live pitch session at the Event; and
  • any related judging, mentoring or award activities notified by the Organiser.

7.2 All travel, accommodation, visas and any other related costs are the sole responsibility of the Participant. The Organiser is under no obligation to provide any financial assistance or reimbursement.

8. Participant Warranties
8.1 By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have full authority to submit the application and to bind the business to these Terms;
  • all information provided (including in the application form, pitch materials and any follow‑up submissions) is true, accurate, complete and not misleading;
  • your business and products/services comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards in the jurisdictions in which you operate;
  • your submission materials (including any pitch deck, video, branding or content) do not infringe any third‑party intellectual property, privacy or other proprietary rights;
  • you are not aware of any ongoing or threatened legal, regulatory or disciplinary proceedings which might reasonably be expected to adversely affect your participation in the Competition or bring the Competition or the Organiser into disrepute; and
  • you will promptly notify the Organiser in writing of any material change in circumstances or information provided, up to and including the date of the Event.

8.2 The Organiser may, at any time, disqualify a Participant or withdraw any offer of participation if it reasonably believes that any of the above warranties are, or become, untrue.

9. Confidentiality & Information Use
9.1 Participants are strongly discouraged from including trade secrets, highly sensitive technical details or other information they would not ordinarily disclose to investors under standard non‑disclosure terms.
9.2 The Organiser will take reasonable administrative and technical steps to limit access to application materials to the Organiser, its staff, contractors and members of the Jury who reasonably need to see such materials for the purposes of administering and judging the Competition.
9.3 You acknowledge and agree that:

  • absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed;
  • the Organiser does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from disclosure of information which occurs despite reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality; and
  • you are solely responsible for deciding what information to disclose in your application and pitch.

9.4 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy, which will be referenced on the application form and Event website.

10. Intellectual Property
10.1 You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your business and in any materials you submit in connection with the Competition.
10.2 By applying to and/or participating in the Competition, you grant the Organiser a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide, transferable licence (with the right to grant sub‑licences to its partners and media affiliates) to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display and distribute:

  • your application materials;
  • your company name, logo and brand assets;
  • your pitch content and excerpts; and
  • photographs, audio and video recordings of you and your representatives taken at or in connection with the Competition and the Event;

for the following purposes:

  • administering and operating the Competition;
  • programming, promoting and reporting on the Event; and
  • marketing and promotional activity related to The Longevity Show, its future editions and related initiatives.

10.3 You confirm that you have obtained all necessary rights, licences and consents from any third parties whose materials you include in your submission or who appear in your pitch content.

11. Promotion & Publicity
11.1 If you are selected as a shortlisted company, finalist or winner, you may refer to your participation using the official Competition name and year (e.g.Business of Longevity Pitch Competition 2026 Finalist) in your own marketing and communications.
11.2 Any such references must:

  • be accurate and not misleading;
  • adhere to any brand guidelines or usage instructions provided by the Organiser; and
  • include the relevant year of the Competition.

11.3 The Organiser may at any time withdraw permission for you to use Competition‑related branding or references if, in its reasonable opinion, your conduct or public communications:

  • risk causing reputational damage to the Competition, the Event or the Organiser; or
  • misrepresent your level of success or involvement.

11.4 You acknowledge and agree that the Organiser may publicise and promote participating companies (including shortlisted companies, finalists and winners) through:

  • the Organiser’s own channels;
  • media partners and affiliated publications; and
  • third‑party platforms and social media.

You waive any right to prior approval of such editorial content, provided that it is not materially inaccurate or misleading.

12. Right to Modify, Postpone or Cancel
12.1 The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and without liability, to:

  • amend the format, content, timetable or any other aspect of the Competition or Event;
  • change the Jury composition;
  • postpone the Competition or Event; and/or
  • cancel the Competition entirely,

if it reasonably considers this necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or for operational, legal, safety or commercial reasons.
12.2 Where practicable, the Organiser will provide reasonable notice of any such changes via the Event website or by direct communication to applicants and Participants.

13. Disqualification
13.1 The Organiser may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any Participant and/or withdraw any award or benefit if:

  • information provided by or on behalf of the Participant is found to be materially inaccurate, incomplete or misleading;
  • the Participant breaches these Terms or any reasonable instructions issued by the Organiser;
  • the Participant engages in behaviour which is, in the Organiser’s reasonable opinion, unlawful, unethical, offensive or otherwise likely to damage the reputation of the Competition, the Event or the Organiser; or
  • the Participant ceases to be eligible under clause 4.

13.2 Disqualification may occur at any stage, including after the Event has taken place. The Organiser may announce the disqualification and, where applicable, may select an alternative Participant to take the disqualified Participant’s place.

14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Organiser’s liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by its negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14.2 Subject to clause 14.1, the Organiser shall not be liable for:

  • any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss;
  • any costs, expenses or losses arising from changes to, or cancellation of, the Competition or Event; or
  • any act or omission of third parties, including members of the Jury, Event venues or external service providers.

15. General
15.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organiser in relation to your participation in the Competition and supersede all previous agreements, understandings or arrangements, whether written or oral.
15.2 Nothing in these Terms creates or shall be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between you and the Organiser.
15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.4 You may not assign, transfer or sub‑contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Organiser. The Organiser may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity in connection with any reorganisation or transfer of its business.
15.5 These Terms, and any non‑contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
15.6 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Competition.
