What is The Longevity Show?
The Longevity Show is a two-day festival dedicated to helping people live healthier, for longer.
It brings together world-class speakers, leading clinicians, pioneering founders, investors, innovative brands and a curious, engaged audience to explore the science, technology, products and practical ideas shaping the future of health and longevity.
Across the two days, you can expect headline talks, the Women’s Health Summit, expert-led discussions, immersive experiences, brand activations, health and wellness innovation, and a dedicated B2B Conference for industry professionals focused on the business of longevity.
When and where is the event taking place?
The Longevity Show takes place at the Tobacco Dock in London.
Day one: Friday 26 June: 8.30am – 8pm
Day two: Saturday 27 June: 8.30am – 6pm

Is this a medical or clinical conference?
The Longevity Show explores science backed health optimisation and longevity strategies, but it is not a medical training conference. The event is educational and forward looking, designed to inform and inspire rather than provide clinical certification.
What does “longevity” mean in this context?
Longevity refers to extending healthspan, not just lifespan. The focus is on metabolic health, sleep, cognitive performance, muscle, recovery, prevention and long term resilience.

What is the Headliner Stage?
The Headliner Stage is the main stage of The Longevity Show. It hosts globally recognised speakers, pioneering founders and leading thinkers in health, science and business. These sessions set the agenda for the show and explore the big questions shaping the longevity landscape.
What is the Discover Stage?
The Discover Stage features fast paced, interactive sessions highlighting cutting edge technology, wearables, diagnostics, supplementation and recovery tools. It offers a closer look at the innovations shaping personalised health.
What is the Scaling Health & Longevity Conference?
This is the business focused track within the show. It includes panels, curated roundtables and a pitch competition designed for founders, investors and operators building in the longevity space.
What are the Roundtables?
Roundtables are smaller, curated discussions designed for deeper conversation. They operate under a Chatham House style format and bring together leaders to explore focused topics around scaling, clinical delivery and longevity innovation.
Will sessions be practical or theoretical?
Both. The event balances big picture conversations with hands on, actionable workshops. Attendees leave with both perspective and tools.
Will sessions be recorded?
The sessions will not be recorded.

Can I purchase tickets at the event?

Can I try products or health technologies at the event?
Yes. The show will feature brands offering new longevity technologies to try, testing & diagnostics, recovery tools and supplements that attendees can explore and in some cases experience firsthand.
Will I receive personalised medical advice?
The Longevity Show is designed to help you better understand your health and the science of healthy ageing. Our talks, workshops and experiences provide educational information and helpful insight into your wellbeing. Some visitors may also choose to speak with independent specialists exhibiting at the event. These conversations can help you explore next steps, but the event itself is not a medical consultation and does not replace care from your GP or usual healthcare provider.
What should I bring?
Comfortable attire, curiosity and an open mind. Some sessions may involve movement or interactive exercises so we suggest clothing you are comfortable doing a workout class or similar.
Is the event suitable for beginners?
Yes. Sessions are curated to be accessible, even if you are new to the longevity movement. More technical business and clinical discussions are clearly identified in the programme.
Is the event suitable for healthcare professionals?
Yes. Many sessions explore evidence based interventions and clinical applications. However, it is not a formal CPD-accredited medical training event (unless otherwise specified).
Do I need to book sessions in The Lab and The Studio in advance?
Some sessions are bookable in advance and others may be available on the day, depending on availability. Pre-booking announcements will be made on the website. Some sessions and classes will be available for specific ticket types only. See the ticket type page for full details. All bookings must be made through the event app. Access will be shared with ticket holders only.

Is there content specifically for founders and investors?
Yes. The Scaling Health & Longevity Conference includes business focused panels, curated roundtable discussions and a live pitch competition.
What is the Pitch Competition?
The Pitch Competition showcases early and growth stage companies building in healthspan, prevention and longevity. Selected founders pitch live to a panel of expert judges and investors.
How can I apply for the Pitch Competition?

Will there be networking opportunities?
Yes. The event is designed to facilitate meaningful connection across founders, clinicians, investors and operators. Dedicated networking spaces and curated roundtables support this.
Speakers & Participation
Can I apply to speak?
Yes. Speaker enquiries can be submitted via the website. Due to volume, not all applications can be accommodated.
Partnerships & Exhibitors
How can my brand get involved?
We partner with a select number of brands aligned with the longevity ecosystem. Opportunities include exhibition space, speaking integration and curated activations. Please request a partnership deck via the website.
What types of brands are featured?
Brands across diagnostics, wearables, supplements, metabolic health, recovery, digital health, performance optimisation and preventive healthcare.
Accessibility & Logistics
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The event is taking place on the Ground Floor of Tobacco Dock. The main entrance into the event is the Wapping Lane entrance and this allows all guests with accessibility requirements onto the Ground Floor. Near this entrance there is a lift to allow step-free access into the Vault Level below. All rooms on the Ground Floor of the venue are step-free.
Tobacco Dock welcomes all Guide and Assistance Dogs.
If you have a personal support animal you would like to bring to the event please contact the Longevity Show team to discuss your requirements. Where possible we will strive to accommodate all support animals but due to the experiential nature of the event it may not be a suitable environment for all animals.

Is there Parking at the venue?
Yellow Car Park is located opposite Tobacco Dock and is open 06:00 – 19:00 from Monday – Friday.
Are there toilets at the venue?
Yes there are toilet facilities, including accessible toilets, located throughout the event space.
Are there shower facilities available?
Unfortunately there are no shower facilities available at the venue.
Is there a cloakroom at the venue?
There is a cloakroom available during the event, which charges £2.50 per item left.
Is there catering at the venue?
Yes, there will be multiple catering and refreshment outlets available throughout the venue, serving a variety of healthy meals, snacks and drinks. All facilities accept either cash or card payments. Please note that externally purchased food and drink is not permitted to be bought into the venue.
Is there wifi at the venue?

Are there water stations available?
Yes, there are multiple water stations available throughout the event. Please bring a reusable bottle to fill up throughout the day.
Is smoking permitted at the venue?
Tobacco Dock is a no smoking / vaping venue. If you wish to smoke or vape you will need to exit the venue to do so.

Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code.
