General Event Information

What is The Longevity Show?

The Longevity Show is a two-day festival dedicated to helping people live healthier, for longer.

It brings together world-class speakers, leading clinicians, pioneering founders, investors, innovative brands and a curious, engaged audience to explore the science, technology, products and practical ideas shaping the future of health and longevity.

Across the two days, you can expect headline talks, the Women’s Health Summit, expert-led discussions, immersive experiences, brand activations, health and wellness innovation, and a dedicated B2B Conference for industry professionals focused on the business of longevity.

The Longevity Show takes place at the Tobacco Dock in London.

Day one: Friday 26 June: 8.30am – 8pm
Day two: Saturday 27 June: 8.30am – 6pm

The Longevity Show is designed for:

  • Health-conscious individuals
  • Entrepreneurs and founders
  • Investors and operators
  • Clinicians and healthcare professionals
  • Corporate leaders
  • Anyone curious about the future of health and performance

Whether you are looking to improve your own health or build within the longevity ecosystem, there are sessions tailored to different levels of knowledge and interest.

The Longevity Show explores science backed health optimisation and longevity strategies, but it is not a medical training conference. The event is educational and forward looking, designed to inform and inspire rather than provide clinical certification.

Longevity refers to extending healthspan, not just lifespan. The focus is on metabolic health, sleep, cognitive performance, muscle, recovery, prevention and long term resilience.

Stages & content

What is the Headliner Stage?

The Headliner Stage is the main stage of The Longevity Show. It hosts globally recognised speakers, pioneering founders and leading thinkers in health, science and business. These sessions set the agenda for the show and explore the big questions shaping the longevity landscape.

The Discover Stage features fast paced, interactive sessions highlighting cutting edge technology, wearables, diagnostics, supplementation and recovery tools. It offers a closer look at the innovations shaping personalised health.

This is the business focused track within the show. It includes panels, curated roundtables and a pitch competition designed for founders, investors and operators building in the longevity space.

Roundtables are smaller, curated discussions designed for deeper conversation. They operate under a Chatham House style format and bring together leaders to explore focused topics around scaling, clinical delivery and longevity innovation.

Both. The event balances big picture conversations with hands on, actionable workshops. Attendees leave with both perspective and tools.

The sessions will not be recorded.

tickets & access

Can I purchase tickets at the event?
There will be a ticket kiosk at registration should you need to purchase or upgrade tickets but we would strongly recommend pre-purchasing your entry ticket via the event website to avoid delays on arrival.

Attendee Experience

Can I try products or health technologies at the event?

Yes. The show will feature brands offering new longevity technologies to try, testing & diagnostics, recovery tools and supplements that attendees can explore and in some cases experience firsthand.

The Longevity Show is designed to help you better understand your health and the science of healthy ageing. Our talks, workshops and experiences provide educational information and helpful insight into your wellbeing. Some visitors may also choose to speak with independent specialists exhibiting at the event. These conversations can help you explore next steps, but the event itself is not a medical consultation and does not replace care from your GP or usual healthcare provider.

Comfortable attire, curiosity and an open mind. Some sessions may involve movement or interactive exercises so we suggest clothing you are comfortable doing a workout class or similar.

Yes. Sessions are curated to be accessible, even if you are new to the longevity movement. More technical business and clinical discussions are clearly identified in the programme.
