She is experienced with management of an extensive portfolio covering a broad range of sectors, primarily in health and technology.
Brenda’s experience in health and technology investment includes: new drug development, digital health, medical devices, remote patient monitoring, sport/fitness technologies, 3D printing/biomaterials, mobile health, wearable technology, preventive health and diagnostics.
Brenda has considerable expertise as a Board Director through all stages of a company’s life cycle, from company creation to exit. She has been a Board Director for more than two dozen private and public life sciences corporations; appointments have included Board Chairman as well as Chairman of compensation, audit and corporate governance committees.
She maintains a personal commitment to life long learning and leadership development, while devoting significant time to mentorship and working with organizations that have an impact on youth, higher education, and inspiring young women to pursue careers in science & technology.
