Rest & Restore is all about hitting ‘pause’. A powerful recharge happens. One that’s both restorative, and rejuvenating. The intention here is to slow down, do less and be present with the sensations of the body and breath. With gentle movement, long held supportive yoga poses, calming breathing techniques and guided meditative relaxation this is perfect for anyone who finds it hard to slow down and switch off.

The Science of Joy: Connection, Brainwaves & Psychological Freedom is an uplifting session exploring what helps human beings feel more connected, present and alive.
Led by Chris Wimshurst and James O’Keefe, this practical and reflective workshop looks at how our thoughts, emotions, brainwave states, relationships, breath and body all influence how we feel and show up in daily life.
Rather than being a breathwork or movement class, this session explores the conditions that support joy, connection and psychological freedom. Through discussion, reflection and simple embodied techniques, participants will learn how to better understand their internal state, shift out of stress and overwhelm, and reconnect with themselves and others.

A practical session helping you move from stress, overwhelm and disconnection into greater calm, clarity, accountability and psychological freedom.
The Freedom Code: Brain, Body & Breath is a practical Sanctuary session for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, dysregulated, disconnected or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
Led by Chris Wimshurst and James O’Keefe, this workshop explores how the brain, body and breath can help us create greater psychological freedom — freedom from overthinking, emotional load, procrastination, stress and the feeling of simply getting by.
Blending psychology, accountability, breathwork, movement and simple nervous system tools, participants will leave with practical techniques to regulate stress, shift state, reconnect with themselves and take small, meaningful steps towards a calmer, clearer and more energised life.

Agenda
From Lifespan to Healthspan: A Longevity Mindscape
In this opening keynote, Simon Taffler brings together insights from over 30 years of clinical
practice to explore what truly supports healthy ageing. Discover the everyday factors that
influence how we feel, function and flourish as we age, and why the future of longevity
depends on far more than genetics or healthcare alone.
The Missing Pillar: Why Mental Health is Central to Longevity
We spend endless time talking about nutrition, fitness and sleep – but what about the health
of our minds? Join Professor Lynne Corner and Sarah Kline, CEO of United for Global Mental
Health, for a thought-provoking conversation on why emotional wellbeing may be one of the
most overlooked drivers of a longer, healthier life. Discover how mental health shapes the
way we age, build relationships and navigate life’s challenges, and why it deserves a central
place in the future of longevity.

Keeping Your Passion for Work and Beyond in the 100 Year Life
As people live longer, healthier lives, the challenge is no longer simply how long we work, but how we continue to find purpose, passion and fulfilment along the way. Join Professor Lynne Corner and Nick Viner from Circle Square as they explore how to stay energised, engaged and excited about what comes next in a 100-year life.
The Longevity of Connection
In a world that is more connected than ever, many people are feeling increasingly isolated. Join psychotherapist and relationship specialist Annabelle Safinia as she explores the powerful link between human connection, emotional wellbeing and long-term health, and why the quality of our relationships may be one of the most important, and overlooked, predictors of how well we age.
Redefining Ageing: Challenging Stereotypes and Reclaiming Visibility
Model, writer and positive ageing advocate Mia Maugé has built a platform by challenging
outdated ideas about beauty, visibility and growing older. In conversation with Jackie Cooper,
she’ll share her remarkable journey from overlooked consumer to industry trailblazer, while
exploring how society’s view of ageing is evolving, and why embracing visibility, confidence
and authenticity is becoming increasingly important in the longevity era.
Longevity, Misinformation and the Crisis of Trust: Who do we Believe when Everyone Claims to be a Health Expert?
As longevity enters the mainstream, consumers are increasingly turning to influencers, online
communities and AI for advice once sought from healthcare professionals. Join Professor
Lynne Corner and Carolyn Paul as they explore how misinformation, conflicting health claims
and growing scepticism toward traditional experts are reshaping the longevity conversation,
and how we can separate credible science from hype in an age of information overload.

opportunities and challenges of increased longevity – from pensions and healthcare to financial resilience
and planning for a longer future.

Why Intergenerational Connection and Community Matter in Longer Lives
As societies adapt to longer lifespans, connections between generations are becoming more important
than ever. Join Katie Fyfe and Carolyn Paul as they explore how communities, caregiving and
intergenerational relationships can help combat loneliness, strengthen wellbeing and reshape what it
means to age well in a world where five generations may live side by side.
In Conversation
Through the lens of their own mother-daughter relationship, Antonia Aveline and retired NHS doctor Dr
Janet Amakye explore how perspectives on health, wellbeing and life beyond 60 have changed across
generations. Blending professional expertise with personal experience, they will discuss the evolving realities
of physical and mental health, finding purpose in later life, and the lessons each generation can learn from
the other. Join them for an inspiring conversation about embracing “The Third Floor” as a time of growth,
resilience and opportunity in an age of longer lives.
Longevity Beyond Wellness and Medicine
From health and happiness to work, relationships and purpose, our expectations of longevity are shaped by
far more than science alone. Join Professor Lynne Corner and Carolyn Paul as they uncover new insights
into how people think about longer lives – and invite you to contribute to a live exploration of the future of
longevity.
The New Voices of Longevity
From nutrition and fitness to mental wellbeing and healthy ageing, creators are increasingly shaping how
people discover, discuss and act on health information. Join Jo Burford, Head of Creator, EMEA at Edelman,
and leading digital voices as they explore how trust is built, how influence is changing, and what creators,
healthcare organisations and brands can learn from the evolving ways people engage with longevity-related
content.
Turning the 100 Year Life into a Commercial Opportunity
By 2050, more than two billion people worldwide will be over 60, yet many organisations continue to rely on
outdated assumptions about ageing. Join Professor Lynne Corner and Jackie Cooper as they explore how
longer lives are reshaping culture, consumer behaviour and economic growth – and what it takes to build
relevance in a world where people may remain active, influential and engaged for decades longer than
previous generations.
