What is The Longevity Show?

The Longevity Show is a two-day event dedicated to extending healthspan. It brings together globally recognised experts, pioneering founders, clinicians, investors and innovative brands to explore the science, technology and practical strategies shaping the future of healthy ageing.

When and where is The Longevity Show taking place?

The Longevity Show takes place on 26–27 June 2026 at Tobacco Dock, London.

Who should attend The Longevity Show?

The event is designed for health-conscious individuals, entrepreneurs and founders, investors and operators, clinicians and healthcare professionals, corporate leaders, and anyone curious about the future of health and performance.

Is The Longevity Show a medical or clinical conference?

The Longevity Show explores science-backed health optimisation and longevity strategies, but it is not a medical training conference. The event is educational and forward-looking, designed to inform and inspire rather than provide clinical certification.

Can I purchase tickets at the event?

There will be a ticket kiosk at registration, but we strongly recommend pre-purchasing your entry ticket via the event website to avoid delays on arrival.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The event takes place on the Ground Floor of Tobacco Dock. The main entrance via Wapping Lane allows all guests with accessibility requirements onto the Ground Floor. There is also a lift for step-free access to the Vault Level.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yellow Car Park is located opposite Tobacco Dock and is open 06:00–19:00 Monday to Friday. The nearest 24-hour NCP car park is a 10-minute walk from Tobacco Dock.

What is the Pitch Competition?

The Pitch Competition showcases early and growth-stage companies building in healthspan, prevention and longevity. Selected founders pitch live to a panel of expert judges and investors.

Will sessions be recorded?

Selected sessions may be recorded. Details on access to recordings will be shared after the event.

Is there catering at the venue?

Yes, there will be multiple catering and refreshment outlets available throughout the venue, serving a variety of healthy meals, snacks and drinks. Please note that externally purchased food and drink is not permitted inside the venue.

Lars Hartenstein

Director of Healthy Longevity

McKinsey Health

Lars Hartenstein is a co-founder of the McKinsey Health Institute (MHI) and its Director of Healthy Longevity. MHI is an enduring, independent entity within McKinsey. MHI’s mission is to catalyze actions needed across continents, sectors, and communities to make material advancements in health. Lars is passionate to work across stakeholders and industries to mobilize leadership and resources for underinvested areas of health – including healthy longevity and metabolic health. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in global health, life sciences, and impact finance. Lars previously co-founded McKinsey’s European Social Sector Hub. He is also non-executive chairman of the Societal Impact Financing Initiative (SciFi) and is on the steering committee of The Trinity Challenge. Lars obtained an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, a PhD in Medicine, and a BSc in Scientific Method and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
